We all meet toxic people in our life. Toxic people may be family members, neighbors, friends, co-workers.  It is difficult to deal with them. You feel anxious and stressed around them. There are some signs of toxic people: 

Negativity 

They spread negativity. They trend to focus on negative aspects of life. 

Criticism

 They never appreciate your talent and skills and criticize you and others. They don't support you in your decisions and make you feel like you can't anything right .

Judgment

 They are judgment about your choices in life. They approach you condemnation . They use your past mistakes as a weapon. You can describe them as two-faced. 

Play the victim

 They blame others for their misfortune. They talk mostly about their excuses of feeling . They always play the victim's card. 

Jealous

They possess a feeling of jealousy for your achievements and get uncomfortable hearing you achieve milestones in  your career. They put you in uncomfortable positions.

Manipulation 

They are manipulative. They try to control everything and pretend to like to you and other people and can't be happy for other's good fortune. They don't care about your feelings.They also violate your  boundaries  and they never respect" no". They are harmful to your emotional well-being .

Gaslighting

It is grossly  hard to recognize when you are the target. Toxic people make you doubt yourself. They deny your reality with phrases like you are making things up. 

Never apologizing 

They avoid responsibility for their behaviors with an apology that minimizes their actions.

 You should be careful when you deal with toxic people. There are some simple steps to deal with them:

 You try to change their behaviors by talking them . 1 

Having open conversations with them help them realize their behaviors are unacceptable. If they still don't change, you should leave and distance yourself from them. 2 

 3 You spend less time with them and do your best to remove them from your life. You stop wasting your time and energy on them. 

You should be calm and get your points across in a calm manner.4 

5 You set boundaries that mean you decide what you will and won't tolerate. This tip is useful for dealing with toxic people. 

 You ignore them when you are in public. You don't share secret 6  with gossiper.

Finally, you need to be positive and have a good skill to deal with them successfully. You never try to hurt those people with rude and angry words
