yes ; It has a reality, and its reality is that magicians worship demons and obey them while they help them in whatever they want, and  .God Almighty has given the devils the ability to perform strange actions.

The medical and psychological damages of witchcraft

Injury of the enchanted with pain and ailments, headaches, tumors or paralysis and incurable diseases

harming pregnant women, aborting fetuses, and preventing pregnancy

 Psychological and neurological disorders that affect the patient's behavior.
