According to Entertainment Weekly, Reeves joked about being married to his "Dracula" co-star Winona Ryder, despite the fact that they never dated. The two filmed a sequence for the film, which included a real Romanian priest, but the romance never developed beyond the characters they played. All kidding aside, according to Life & Style, Reeves has never been married. According to The Sun, he dated filmmaker Sofia Coppola in 1992 and production assistant Jennifer Syme from 1998 to 2000. Unfortunately, Reeves' romance with Syme ended in a series of heartbreaks. When their baby daughter was delivered stillborn eight months into the pregnancy in 1999, the couple lost a child. Reeves and Syme divorced soon after, and she died in a vehicle accident in 2001.

According to a Nicki Swift poll of 565 individuals, 37.17 percent of Americans want to see Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock date. Kate Winslet and Leonardo DiCaprio took second place, with nearly 30% of those polled choosing them for their "Titanic" pairing. Jennifer Aniston and David Schwimmer's on-screen "Friends" relationship drew 18% of the vote, while Renee Zellweger and Colin Firth's "Bridget Jones's Diary" co-stars drew a respectable 15%.

What is it about Reeves and Bullock that makes them such an obvious winner? They had terrific on-screen chemistry in the 1994 film "Speed" and have remained friends ever since. Furthermore, it comes out that they had a crush on each other while filming "Speed." Bullock characterised Reeves as nice and gorgeous during an appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," admitting she regularly giggled in his presence. DeGeneres asked Reeves if he knew Bullock had a crush on him while filming "Speed" in a different visit on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show." He denied it, saying, "She definitely didn't know I had a thing on her, either."

Bullock also told Esquire that she once told Reeves she'd never eaten Champagne and truffles. Reeves dropped up a few days later with Champagne and truffles for her.
