1. What do you know about customer service?
Customer service is about helping customers by solving their problems, answering questions, and making sure they have a positive experience. It involves being patient, a good listener, and showing empathy. In a company like Teleperformance, great customer service means representing the brand well and making every customer interaction count.

 

2. Why do you want to join Teleperformance?
I want to join Teleperformance because it’s a global leader in customer service and known for its strong values, employee development, and inclusive culture. I’m excited about the opportunity to grow my skills in a professional and supportive environment while making a positive impact on customers’ lives.

3. How would you handle an angry customer?
I would stay calm and listen carefully without interrupting. I’d acknowledge their frustration and show empathy. After understanding the issue, I’d offer a clear solution and make sure the customer feels heard and supported. If needed, I would escalate the issue to a supervisor to make sure it’s fully resolved.

4. What are the most important skills for a customer service agent?
Communication

These skills help build trust and ensure a positive experience for every customer.

5. What do you usually do in your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy listening to music, watching movies or series, spending time with friends and family, and learning new things online—especially topics related to communication and self-improvement.

6. If you had a plane ticket, where would you go and why?
I would go to Japan. I’m fascinated by the culture, the balance between tradition and technology, and the respectful way of life. I’d love to explore the food, nature, and cities like Tokyo and Kyoto.

7. If you had the chance to choose a superpower, what would it be and why?
I would choose teleportation. It would let me travel instantly, save time, and help people in emergencies. Plus, I could explore the world without limits.

8. Tell me more about your future goals
My short-term goal is to grow professionally in a role where I can develop strong customer service and communication skills. Long-term, I’d like to move into leadership possibly as a team leader or trainer—so I can support others, share what I’ve learned, and contribute to the company’s success.
