Stress is a problem of the current  due to its internal and external anxiety triggers, which we will discuss in some detail through the following elements, God willing.

• Introduction: As it is known, 
stress is a result of the basic outputs of the nature of the current era. It is a basic reaction accompanying the contemporary and rapid lifestyle with the human way of thinking towards these changes....
The meaning of tension
• through psychology: - Stress appears at first 'timulus urging the person to quickly take a decision to react and try to remedy the imbalance
• The cause of feeling anxious is tension: - Glory be to Him from the nature of man, so He made him a complex nervous system that gives him a little pain when he notices a mistake or defect that contradicts the common sense that God Almighty created. This nervous system aims in general to provide protection for human life.  When a certain internal event is represented in the person’s thoughts system or external, which is the environmental factors that can affect the person, if this event or idea represents a threat to the person, then the nervous system works with the endocrine glands to secrete some chemicals and hormones such as adrenaline, and then these act  Chemicals give a person enough energy to try to deal with the imbalance or problem, and then tension comes as a secondary feeling associated with this mechanism.
• Is anxiety a symptom or a disease?  that puts a person in a state of pain, which prompts him to move to solve his problem and address the main imbalance that poses a threat to this person’s life. Based on this definition, stress is considered a symptom of a problem, not a disease.
• Statistics on anxiety: - Anxiety is one of the most common mental illnesses in America and most countries, if not the most, according to CNN. This study showed that the percentage of anxiety in women and adolescents is more than that of the rest of the segment of adults.
• Treatment of stress Anxiety: - The treatment of anxiety or tension lies in the treatment of its causes. If the causes are external, they must be dealt with realistically and analyzed logically, and then reduce the chances of their danger.
And if its cause is internal or mental, such as the presence of thoughts that represent danger, then it must be dealt with as follows....
• First_ discussion and understanding of the idea, they are balanced
• Secondly, correcting the course of thinking and be categorical.... Put yourself outside the framework of the problem to avoid bias in judgment, whether positive or negative, then try to interpret things with a moderate interpretation that is rational, not extremist or pathological, and this will lead to accepting the event and then ignoring it. 

• Conclusion: In order for a person to avoid anxiety, he must improve his reliance on God. Good reliance on God is one of the most important ways of life that help relieve tension and psychological pressure and open the way for the mind to see reality and interact with it without exaggerating its responsibility and being negatively affected by its results.  It produces an additional burden that suppresses the basic activity of the mind in order to dive into the burden of the present and the anxiety of the future.
